The sounds of NYC

When you walk around anywhere in New York City, the most standard sounds you hear are from cars, passing by or accelerating, cars going over man holes so there are occasional sounds of hard rubber hitting the metals on the cover of man holes. Another sound that you commonly hear is the sound of people slamming to close their car door and one last most notably sound made by the cars are the annoying honking sounds that they make. Other than that you can hear the sounds of someone’s footsteps and the louder ones are when people wear heels. The occasional sounds of automatic doors opening up and based on the sounds, you can tell that its pretty old, doors of stores opening and closing with a slight ring of a bell whenever those doors open and close.     When the doors of some stores are open when people come in or out of, you can hear the sound of music that is being played inside the store. Pre-interview prep

What I plan to focus on Lourdes is on what makes her anxious, and how it makes her feel and if there are any interesting stories that has happened because of this.   These topics hopefully becomes a relatable topic to people that hear it. We plan to record in one of the music practice rooms. Some Questions I would ask her are: 1.       What are some things that cause you to be anxious? 2.       Why do these things make you anxious? 3.       Is there anything that you overcame that you are not anxious about anymore? 4.       What was the worst thing you ever became anxious about? 5.       Is there any event that you were anxious about that came true? 6.       Did anything happen to make you start becoming anxious about something?
